Free Crochet Pattern: Bath Puff

A super cute crochet bath puff that would make a perfect Valentine's Day gift.

Supplies: Worsted weight cotton yarn, H-hook (4.25 mm)

Skill Level: Easy

Chain 46, double crochet in 7th chain from hook, {chain 3, double crochet in 4th stitch from hook} repeat 10 times.

Chain 4, turn, 8 treble crochets in each chain space space between double crochets of the previous row on one side only.

Chain 3, turn, slip stitch in next stitch, {chain 3, slip stitch in next stitch} repeat until you reach the end of the row.

Add a different color yarn to the first chain made (as pictured below) and chain 4, 8 treble crochets in each chain space space between double crochets of the previous row on the other side.

Chain 3, turn, slip stitch in next stitch, {chain 3, slip stitch in next stitch} repeat until you reach the end of the row.

To make heart ties (make 2 in different colors):
Chain 6, 4 treble crochet in 5th chain from hook, 2 double crochet in same stitch, 3 half double crochet in first chain, chain 2, 3 half double crochet in first chain, 2 double crochet in next stitch, 4 treble crochet in same stitch, chain 4, slip stitch in
same stitch. Chain 40.

Connect both ties to the double crochet in the middle of the bath puff and weave them through the double crochets in the middle of the puff just as pictured.

The great thing about this bath puff is that you can tie it while you are using it, and untie it, make it flat to let it dry faster.

Pink Plumeria

Some more playing with yarn and here I am. The thing is, once you have one idea, others just keep coming, and I seem to have so little time to actualize all of them. Pattern available at the shop.

Fake knitting

I've always liked the way knitted things look.. Maybe it's just because I've never learned how to knit properly. So I've decided to fake knitting. Turns out it is not so difficult after all. And I am so happy with the end results!

Here's a Just Like Knit Headband:

And Just Like Knit Fingerless Gloves:

Both patterns are available in my etsy shop

Headband Craze

Last few days I've been seriously working on creating new headband patterns, and then trying to take pictures of them. I am not completely satisfied with the pictures, and maybe i'll retake some of them in the future, but it's ok for now.

So here is the romantic pink headband, the yarn is so soft! I have no idea what kind of yarn it is, as I got it in a thrift store, but I absolutely love it.

And here's my red star flower headband, which is so simple and fast to make, it's amazing!

And I'm off to hunt for some more yarn...
