Baby Blanket - Tiny Tulips

Yesterday you may have seen a daisy blanket.. Now today I've changed my mind and I think I'll go for an entirely different kind of blanket. Judge for yourself:

There are still 3-dimensional flowers, only smaller, and this time they are tulips, but the blanket has a "cleaner" look and requires no assembly.. That's a tough decision...

Which blanket idea do you like more?

Simple Headband, revisited

Due to many-many requests for more sizes of the Simple Headband, I've finally added more sizes, now it is available in 3 sizes, and the button closure allows for some additional size adjustments.

Skill level: Advanced beginner to intermediate. The stitches used in this pattern are very easy; however some may find it a little difficult to control the tension throughout the headband. Advanced beginner is welcome to attempt and succeed in making this headband.
Supplies: Worsted weight yarn and I-hook (5.50 mm).
Finished size: The headband can be made in three sizes. Adult size headband is 20 - 21” long and 4.5” wide. Child size is 17 - 19” long and 3.5 - 4” wide. Newborn (baby) size headband is 15-17” long and 3” wide.
Approximate time to complete this project: 2-4 hours
Stitches used: Chain, slip stitch, double crochet.
This pattern is written in standard American terms.
